Web Application of Water Polo

This bachelor's thesis contains description of a design and implementation of an information system for water polo club. Information system stores informations about matches, players, articles, photos, teams, etc. It stores informations about results of this matches too and also it is able to generate some statistics from this records. Access to this application is hierarchic in compliance with rights of an individual user autentificated by password. It is some kind of simple content management system. System also contains one specific method of artificial intelligence, which links free referees to the matches that should be played. Application is created for effective and synoptical management of informations presented above.
Extending Access Control List in Dokuwiki

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the Wiki systems, especially DokuWiki. It deals with history, legal aspects and possibility to create pluggable modules (alias plugins). Plugins are also main theme of this work. At first, a simple plugin for user access rights is designed. Afterwards is extended plugin's functionality with advanced settings of permissions and is also created the ability of automatic user login based on specific entry informations.
Web Application of Hill-Climbing Club

This Bachelor's thesis contains description of a design and implementation of information system for mountain club Bezuchov. The information system audits informations about activities in the mountain club. It contains planned actions, accomplishments in mountains etc. The system accumalates informations about members, their registrations on actions and commnets on articles. User can insert pictures into the photogallery and he can also write an article about mountain theme. Access to this system is hierarchical, based on competence of each user. The system is created for effective and synoptical management of information presented above. System also contains artificial intelligence, which create schedule of actions.

Customer’s company particularizes requirements for the system, which are input variables for the system selection. From all systems, that meet the requirements are chosen the candidates. From the candidates it will be chosen the most suitable system, which will be recommended for implementation with specific techniques and set running.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on comparing of the procedures of the management of apartment buildings in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. It describes the differences between the administrator and the community of owners of residential and non-residential premises and the different administration procedures in these two countries. In the last part of the work, there is a comparison of a specific apartment building in its original state and after complete modernization of the interior and exterior of this apartment building.

This diploma thesis deals with collective investment schemes, with the main focus on investment fund managers and administrators. Collective investment scheme is a form of indirect investment on the capital markets. It is an arrangement that enables a number of investors to pool their assets and have these professionally managed by an independent manager. It is a specific form of business which is based on raising finance from public or number of investors and then investing it with a goal of making profit. Investment is spread across a wide range of financial instruments which creates diversified portfolio. The First chapter serves as introduction to the basic principles of collective investment schemes, to its legal framework and legal entities that operate within this framework. Purpose of the second chapter is to give comprehensive overview of the managers of investment funds. It deals with cross-border management of investment funds, both within and outside of EU, operating conditions for AIFMs, capital and organisational requirements. The chapter concludes with explaining obligations for AIFMs managing AIFs which acquire control of companies and issuers. Implementation of basic security standards of the parent company

This thesis deals with the implementation of the basic security standards of the parent company. The first part of this thesis is the theoretical starting point, in which are described and explained all the necessary concepts. The second part of this thesis is an analysis of the current state, in which is discussed the current state of security within the domain of the subsidiary company and also the requirements of the parent company. The third part of this thesis is the actual design of the solution, in which is detailed my proposal for the implementation of all requirements. Implementation management, economic evaluation and benefits are parts of the solution design as well.
Insolvency administrator and his position in insolvency proceedings

The subject of the thesis is an analysis of the insolvent administrator of the Institute in accordance with current legislation. The work is divided into 6 chapters: The first chapter with the name of the Institute of the insolvent person/Administrator- discussed sources of legislation and the conditions for the exercise of the functions of the insolvency administrator. The second chapter discussed of the performance of the insolvency administrator, primarily focuses on the provisions of the function. The third chapter defines the concepts of preliminary, separate the insolvent the administrator and guest. The core of the work - the fourth chapter is devoted to the rights and obligations of the insolvent the administrator in the performance of the function, first, in General, then, according to a specific solution. The fifth chapter is named the responsibility of the administrator, which is discussed in the chapter. The final, the sixth chapter is devoted to the remuneration and reimbursement of expenses of the insolvency administrator finished. In the focus is also on the comparison of the new legislation with the regulations referred to in ZKV.

Administrators in materialibus in Czech dioceses

Bakalářská práce: Administrátoři in materialibus v českých diecézích Michal Olekšák Abstract Bachelor thesis "Administrators in materialibus in Czech dioceses" is dealing with the issues connected to the activity of administrators in materialibus - or in other words administrators of church property - in the dioceses of Czech church province. Due to the lack of information and non-existence of relevant literature, the purpose and meaning of the service of administrators in materialibus in the church is often misunderstood. In the theoretical part of the thesis, administrator in materialibus is defined and clearly specified, distinguished from other similar terms, primarily on the basis of the Code of Canon Law provisions regarding the administration of church property. It is followed by brief outline of duties and tasks resulting from the role of the administrator in materialibus, then by historical excursion into the development of church's relationship to property and its administration with the accent on the events in the last 65 years. Theoretical part of the thesis is concluded by the chapter dedicated to Saint Lawrence and Blessed Hroznata, who can be role models for the service of administrators today.
